● Cancellations: Please give at notice before 24hrs to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made after this window may incur a full fees.

● Refunds: We do not offer refunds. However, if you aren't 100% happy, let us know within 7 days and we’ll do our best to fix it.

● Booking: All booking are non-refundable but may be transferred if you reschedule within the notice period.
